Defect and issue tracking systems

Taking a little look into this at work. Wikipedia has a page for everything, including this page comparing issue tracking systems.
Track+ is one of the systems that jumps out for me. It integrates with SVN and CVS and you can import MS Projects into it.

Trac + SVN = Free

It’s amazing what you will find online if you look harder enough, or are patient enough to wait for the results. Assembla provide Trac and SVN, allowing issue tracking integration as well as chat, scrum (via chat) under the heading: Accelerating Software Development.
