work analysis

The concept of the document is simple enough, but I believe that it is important to consider all areas of project slip when considering adding new work. Essentially the customer needs to be aware that having project critical resources considering new work will in itself introduce project slip.

Builds can be used as a marker, to check where you are, if you have a proper defect reporting or testing suit in place.
