Start your own starbucks network?

There are often unofficial websites for movies and celebrities… so why not an unoffical website for an existing company or organisation?

It would seem to me that doing such a thing would be in conflict with the companies interest. But if Starbucks are doing a bad job, why not?

Does anyone know of some other companies that are having issues, or perhaps are doing a bad job of integrating the web 2.0 model? Perhaps they wouldn’t mind a little extra advertising for social gain.
