Comments: Was a little tired, sat on 20 rating and 190 watts for about 20min (exactly 5000m, so a little over 20 min) then sat on 28 rating for 60 strokes, which pulled my split up around 300.
Eventually I’d like 300 to be what I am hitting at around 20spm, but it can wait. I’m going to skip work easter celebrations this evening to clock up some Ks on the rowing machine this evening… which I wouldn’t be doing if I finished that erg last night.
