This is a typical conversation to have with friends or strangers, late at night, when there is no TV, or when a conversation has moved from basic small talk to finding out what makes each other tick.
Obviously, some companies, or entrepreneurial minded persons have decided that there is enough interest in this conversation to build communities around the concept… I joined 43things.com in 2005, as alphafoobar, I had 20 things until seeing the BBC story, 50 things to do before you die. And then I had to add flying a fighter jet to my list. I have also taken some other suggestions from 50 things, the msn 50 things (which frankly wasn’t my cup of espresso), and My50.com suggestions…
Clearly there is a lot that people would like to do or achieve in their lifetimes!
